The following awards from renowned juries and business media are confirmation of our myWindow strategy. We see the window as a tangible, desirable and sustainable design product that is staged with style as a link between the building façade and living space design.

We are proud of this team effort and are pleased that we are able to impress with our high-quality products and our innovative spirit, which obviously results in a high level of customer satisfaction. We are grateful for the trust placed in us in the form of the seals and awards we have received. We are not resting on our laurels, but will continue to work on improving our products for our customers in the future by continuously thinking ahead in terms of sustainability and innovation.

Salamander is Red Dot Winner with Greta^®Fenster

As a Red Dot Winner, we have received another renowned and prestigious award for our Greta® window. The innovative and sustainable Greta® window won the important award in the "Product Design" category. The Red Dot Award is an international design competition for product design, communication design and design concepts. For each award, a jury meets annually to individually assess the submissions and then decide on the awards. The jury consists of designers, professors and journalists and in 2022 was made up of 48 personalities from 23 nations.

With the innovative and sustainable Greta® window product, Salamander combines many years of experience in window development, maximum design standards and consistent sustainability. An innovative formulation that makes full use of high-quality recycled window materials creates a unique, natural texture with a concrete look. The modern, open-pored surface also makes Greta®Window a tactile experience. Greta® windows are manufactured using 100% renewable energy thanks to the company's own hydroelectric power plants, PV systems and green electricity.

Salamander wins German Design Award with Greta^®Fenster

For the first time, we have won one of the most important and prestigious German design awards with our new product Greta®Fenster: the German Design Award. In the "Excellent Product Design - Eco Design" category, Salamander was able to convince the jury that the Greta®Window is the design object of a sustainable future. The German Design Award, which is presented once a year by the German Design Council, honors innovative projects that provide answers to the challenges of our time with high standards of design and sustainability, think ahead in design and meet the highest customer demands.

Salamander impresses with excellent innovation work

We impressed as a think tank in the 29th round of the TOP 100 competition and were awarded the TOP 100 seal for 2022. Only particularly innovative medium-sized companies receive this award. At the heart of the TOP 100 innovation competition is a scientific selection process. On behalf of compamedia, the organizer of the comparison, innovation researcher Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke and his team examined more than 100 innovation indicators from five categories: Innovation-promoting top management, innovation climate, innovative processes and organization, external orientation/open innovation and innovation success.

The Salamander window is a tangible, sustainable and design-oriented window that optimally supports the specific requirements. With our greenEvolution product platform, which functions as a modular system including an app, and our new Greta®Fenster, we are demonstrating our innovative strength and pioneering spirit. Our products are particularly sustainable thanks to CO² and material savings and their increased service life. We see ourselves as a game changer for future window systems. Salamander is "Employer of the future"

We at Salamander were able to convince the German Innovation Institute to award us the "Employer of the Future" seal. We are very proud of this as an employer and training company. As an employer of the future with a focus on sustainability and digitalization, we at Salamander are actively addressing the millennial generation in order to secure trainees and future junior staff for the company.
